Spread|Cottage Cheese
Ingredients:
1.1 liter LIOUYING PURE FRESH MILK or LIOUJIA VILLAGE PURE FRESH MILK
2.Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method:
1. Pour the milk into a pot. Heat until almost boiling. Turn off the heat.
2. Add lemon juice. Turn on the heat and stir gently.
3. When the curd starts to form, turn off the heat. Leave undisturbed until the whey and curd are separated completely.
4. Transfer the result of step 3 onto a colander lined with muslin to drain. Once drained, wrap with the muslin.
5. Put the wrapped muslin on a plate and submerge in a pot filled with water. Leave undisturbed for 30 minutes. Serve.
