Staple Food|Steamed Eggs with Milk and Chicken Broth

Ingredients:
1.1/2 cup of LIOUYING PURE FRESH MILK or LIOUJIA VILLAGE PURE FRESH MILK
2.2 eggs
3.1/2 cup of chicken stock (or water)
4.1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
5.Salt, to taste


Method:
1. Beat eggs with milk, chicken stock, soy sauce and salt, until blended.
2. Place in a cooker. Add 1/2 cup of water and steam. (Put a chopstick between the cooker and its lid.)
