Staple Food|Spicy Layered Tomato and Cheese Hot Pot

Ingredients:

1. 1 pack of LIOUJIA VILLAGE SPICY CHEESE

2. 1/2 cabbage

3. 3 tomatoes

4. 300g pork belly slices

5. 300ml tomato juice

6. 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

7. 2 cubes of stock

8. Salt, to taste

9. Pepper, to taste

10. 300g steamed rice

 

Method:

1. Prepare the stock: boil the tomato juice and minced garlic with the stock cubes.

2. Layer with cabbage leaves, cheese, tomato and pork belly slices into the pot; and repeat.

3. Pour the stock into the pot.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cover the pot with the lid.  Bring to the boil.  Serve.

5. Add steamed rice to make delicious risotto.
